Beginning in elementary school, volunteering and giving back has been built into my DNA. I have been involved in some capacity with various non-profits, churches, and for-profit organizations from a very young age. Throughout my collegiate experience, and subsequent employment, I have cultivated a wide breadth of experience under various leaders and different organizational structures. Such experiences include being a collegiate team coach, a contract administration advisor, a pilot union representative, a strategic planning team leader, a pilot-to-pilot committee chairman, a check instructor, mentor, education committee steering member, published author, small business owner, Department of Transportation (DOT) task force member for aviation career sustainability, and a non-profit board member. Andrew is the founder of Angle of Attack Coaching & Consultancy as well as VATH Publishing.
My experiences in various positions of leadership and in different business settings, paired up with my experience leading a flight deck for airlines in the skies over America provides a unique and exciting insight into the ever evolving world of business and non-profits today.
